1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

Product is within the return window (usually within 7 days of delivery)

The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Opened or used food items (snacks, beverages)

Customized or special-order products

Items returned without prior authorization
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Attach clear photos/videos if the product is damaged.

Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.
If approved, we will arrange pickup or advise on return instructions.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer.
5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling or emailing us.

Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible—you must request a return instead.
6. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
