Refund & Return

At Xactio.com, we strive to ensure you receive the right products in the best condition. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the process and conditions under which refunds or returns are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item or brand

  • Product is within the return window (usually within 7 days of delivery)

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used food items (snacks, beverages)

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items returned without prior authorization


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contact@xactio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear photos/videos if the product is damaged.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or advise on return instructions.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling or emailing us.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible—you must request a return instead.


6. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at contact@xactio.com
